Medical advice and recommendations given by Legacy ER in the absence of a visit with a health care professional must be considered as an educational service only. All information sent via email should not be relied upon as a medical consultation. This mechanism is not designed to replace a physician's professional judgment about the appropriateness or risks involved for a given patient, situation, or condition. We strive to provide information that will help you make your own health care decisions, but we always recommend a thorough evaluation by a physician for all situations.
Terms of the Card
The VIP card $100 credit, offered during our previous promotion, may only be used at Legacy ER. After registering, it may take up to two weeks for the card to be processed, and the card must be retrieved in person at Legacy ER. The VIP Card is good only when physically presented at the time of service at Legacy ER. The $100 credit is treated like a cash credit and is good toward any fees associated with a visit. The VIP card credit expires Jan 31, 2009 and is non-transferable to anybody outside the immediate family. It cannot be redeemed for cash. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time.
