• You will still be responsible for any testing, diagnosis treatment, or surgical treatments at the plans 20%+ discounted rates.
• If your first visit is as an emergency room patient, you will receive a $150 credit with a purchase of the annual plan in addition to the 20%+ discounted rates off all your emergency room treatments. ​
